The company`s policy as far as operating systems are concerned suffers radical changes: we switched to Linux.This was a major change within the company and it was due to the clear advantages this system has demonstrated along the years: its free use and the reduction to practically no risk of virus generated computer crash . The Netex call-center service offer grows once the Italian language is added. From now on, we can offer our services to your customers in Hungary as well. The second call-center in Timisoara is inaugurated. The number of employees at this point rises to 86. The Netex group enlarges and a new call-center opened in a second Romanian city – Sibiu. Netex Production S.R.L. is founded in Timisoara, Romania as a call-center. At this moment in time, the number of Netex employees is 26. Apart from the worldwide spoken English and French, the offer Netex presents now includes Spanish. Netex GmbH is founded in Sonderhausen, Germany. The location of Netex Consulting SRL is moved to Timisoara and at the same time the company`s object of activity changes into Internet Content Provider, its main activities being creating websites and office services. The company`s first call-center is oficially opened. Netex Production + Consulting GbR is founded in Sondershausen, Germany, as an Internet Content Provider. Netex Consulting SRL is founded by Andreea Kremm and Claudiu Patt as partners with equal shares. The company is located in Resita, Romania and the object of its activity is that of an Internet provider.
